Mark has been our agent for many years and provides excellent service, indeed his entire staff is superb. Their regular annual insurance tune-up is an important service that saves us money and sets our policies up correctly in reappropriate ever-changing conditions.

I really like Mark- good guy. Insurance is pretty high, though, and auto alone is running $500/month for our 2 adult, 3 teen drivers with 3 vehicles (12 yrs, 5 yrs, and 15 yrs). Shouldn't be so expensive and I don't like their solution of lowering coverage.

As always, Mark is very personable and knowledgeable. We covered our entire insurance plan and were able to make some common sense decisions regarding our coverage. Mark showed us the new "Signal" app which will allow us to save significantly assuming we drive safely. Good insurance is not cheap, but Mark continues to help us find maximum value for our money.

My property needed some work before it could be insured, and Agent Denise went above and beyond to get me some help to do this work. She contacted a good handyman, made sure he could do the job in a timely manner and gave me his contact information. She kept in touch and clearly cared about giving excellent customer service.
