He Frequently Saves Me Money
Mark meets with me once a year to review my insurance coverage, and adjust when necessary. I truly appreciate him doing this, including the money he frequently saves me. The service Mark and his dedicated and talented team provide my family and I are the reason I’ve been an Olsen Insurance customer for 25+ years.
Going Above and Beyond the Call of Duty
To Whom It May Concern:
I just want to take the time out of my schedule to thank the Mark Olsen agency for going above and beyond the call of duty for me. They have done a terrific job for me and my family! For example: when my wife & 2 sons were rear ended in a car accident, Mark personally came to take me to the tow company’s lot to retrieve my personal belongings from the wrecked vehicle. When my wife had a blow out taking her mother to the emergency room, it was Jan Houston, Mark Olsen’s office manager who called HelpPoint & they had someone there in 20 minutes to change the tire while my wife took her mother in the hospital. Another example of this outstanding service was when I personally had a flat tire one Friday morning on the way to an appt & Angie from Mark Olsen’s office called HelpPoint & the tire was changed by the time I finished my appt. You just don’t find this kind of service every day. Just recently we had a hail storm & Melanie had the claims people out in a very timely manner. However, when the work was started the roofers noted there was additional repair that needed to be done. Melanie again called the claims office & the adjuster was out the next day to assess the situation. FIG readjusted the claim to pay for the additional repairs & got the roof finished before it rained which would have caused additional problems or before I had to pay additional costs out of my own pocket. All in all I will have to say that if I or Mark ever relocate it will be next to impossible to receive the excellent service & courtesy extended to me & my family by the Mark Olsen Insurance agency.

Mark is to be Commended
My wife and I recently had a collision claim, and just received a questionnaire. As there is not really room on it, I have enclosed this letter.
The claim is not quite finished, because as of yesterday, we found out the person who hit my wife was insured through XYZ insurance. I understand that either XYZ or Mark will be reimbursing us for the $500.00 deductible and the $120.99 for the rental vehicle for one week while our car was in the body shop being repaired.
As far as answering the questions about the quality of the service received in the handling of our claim, I have a lot to say. Our agent, Mark Olsen, and his secretary were wonderful about getting as much information as possible the morning that I called with the claim, and both were also great about answering our questions throughout the time that we were having all of the work done to the car, and while my wife was seeing a doctor. Everyone at the claims office was great about handling our claim. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of the people who handled the medical and personal injury parts of our claim. I wish I did, because they were great and treated us fairly and very politely. They should be commended on their abilities to help claimants through difficult times with compassion; they were great.
