Dear Mark:
During this busy life I have a few minutes each day when the dust settles enough that I can reflect on the events that have occurred. I have decided to use today’s time to thank you and your staff for the excellent job you do in taking care of my insurance needs and looking out for my interest in the other areas that may be impacted. It is very comforting to know that if I have a question or a need I can depend on you and your staff to provide an answer or solution.
I want you to thank both Anita and Melanie for all they have done in making me a satisfied client. You have two excellent people serving your business and please thank them for me. When I walked into the closing of my new house without my insurance policy, they quickly faxed it to me at the closing. All proceedings could have been stopped without that document. When I had the water damage to my house and was forced to deal with some irresponsible people, your staff took the problem on as their own and completed much of the work relieving me of a lot of unwanted stress. When I have any questions or concerns I know they will take the problem and return with an answer. It’s good to know your there for your clients 110% of the time.
There are hundreds of companies soliciting my business saying they can provide me with better rates and/or coverage, but I am convinced that there are few, if any other agencies who can provide the service that you have. I have purchased insurance not only to have coverage in times of need, but also to have a company who will stand behind the policy and administer it when needed. Thanks for being that company and providing the staff to fulfill your commitment. I will continue to recommend you to my family, friends and others who express insurance needs. Keep up the excellent service and thanks your friendship.

Dear Mark:
Late this afternoon I called your agency on a question concerning Uninsured Motorist. I guess the new Colorado law requires you to send out notices, and I received mine.
I talked to Anita. She was extremely helpful, took time to talk to me and she answered all my questions.
I couldn’t ask for any more. I just wanted you to know that she appears to like her job and it shows. In my business I talk to many people daily and it is refreshing to talk to someone like her. Most people at this time of the day (4:10PM) are exhausted and spent. She talked to me like she had just come in to work.
I would appreciate you passing on to her this small token of my appreciation. In our business we give these pins to employees who have demonstrated a desire to do good work.

Commendation for Outstanding Customer Service
It is rare today for one to have the opportunity to commend an individual for outstanding customer service and professionalism. However, I have the opportunity to write you such a letter on behalf of Mark.
I am quite sure you are aware of the problems a family has in obtaining the proper coverage, etc. when attempting to provide insurance for parents and teen age drivers as well. At all times, Mark was most helpful and always provided the little extra that made the task seem less troublesome than we had thought.
I cannot count the number of times Mark visited our home to explain a particularly complex matter to us and we always felt much better and satisfied after those visits. It was comforting to know that when we wanted a particular change it would be done promptly and with no problem.
Our relocation to California and the inherent problems we have experienced with insurance here makes us even more appreciative of Mark and his professionalism. And believe me he has and still is of enormous help to us even to the point of calling us to explain something we cannot receive an answer to from our local agent.
Rest assured that Mark has not lost all of our business as he still handles our daughter’s auto insurance and our son’s homeowners policy.

Conscientious Efforts
Dear Mark,
Insurance is a necessary evil for all of us. Today as I was reviewing our coverage it occurred to me that you have been servicing all of our insurance needs for over a year now!
In that time we have converted our business liability, our group health, all vehicle coverage, as well as several of our personal policies over to you to handle. We are also considering switching our work comp. at this time.
In the year we have been with you, we have filed two business claims and I have also filed two personal claims on my own autos. I have to say, unlike our past carriers, your settlements have been handled timely and equitably. What a pleasure! Your service and the aid you have given us are deeply appreciated. You have taken the evil out of necessary.
Thank you for your conscientious efforts. If our previous carrier had given us just half the effort you have shown us we would still be with them. However, I guess some companies just don’t care about professionalism.
