You’ll want to combine your insurance policies after you get married. Find out why in the video!
Transcript: “Alright, so I have some very exciting news: I just got my daughter married off to a new son-in-law. It’s very wonderful, and I’m blessed to have Jonathan in my family and my daughter being married. BUT with insurance there is an issue with that: so when you get married your spouse is not automatically covered on your car insurance, so when you get married, it’s very important that you add your spouse to your policy in fact it’s a really good idea to join your policies together under one company, because the discounts for having multiple cars and being a married couple person is so more than just having a single person with a single car, so when you get married, do call your insurance company and get your policies combined, and have your spouse added to your policy then call your insurance company and change the address… there’s lots of variables to insurance when you get married. I know there’s tons of things to do when you get married but car insurance should not be neglected. Thank you for my daughter and son in law being married, we took care of it the first day they were married… of course… I’m an insurance guy.”
