My wife and I recently had a collision claim, and just received a questionnaire. As there is not really room on it, I have enclosed this letter.
The claim is not quite finished, because as of yesterday, we found out the person who hit my wife was insured through XYZ insurance. I understand that either XYZ or Mark will be reimbursing us for the $500.00 deductible and the $120.99 for the rental vehicle for one week while our car was in the body shop being repaired.
As far as answering the questions about the quality of the service received in the handling of our claim, I have a lot to say. Our agent, Mark Olsen, and his secretary were wonderful about getting as much information as possible the morning that I called with the claim, and both were also great about answering our questions throughout the time that we were having all of the work done to the car, and while my wife was seeing a doctor. Everyone at the claims office was great about handling our claim. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of the people who handled the medical and personal injury parts of our claim. I wish I did, because they were great and treated us fairly and very politely. They should be commended on their abilities to help claimants through difficult times with compassion; they were great.
